Enjoyed having a room with a microwave and fridge. Also, loved dining at the restaurant here that served delicious Mexican food! 🌮

Loved the big room and that they aren't overly strict with the pet rules. Breakfast was great.

The water temperature was very hard to manage. Ended up taking a cold shower. It was either that or a scalding one.

the breakfast was savoury and rich, the staff was attentive, the grounds were overall clean. the staff helped with bags. the room was nice updated decor and available with a comfortable spray, full tub, shower.

Stayed at this hotel with my three kids for one night and we had a peaceful time. The breakfast in the morning was really tasty and filling - eggs, bacon, and muffins were on point! Just what I needed to kickstart my day! 🍳

The breakfast was outstandingly! I think I enjoyed it even more because of the girl that helped us. She was very helpful and personable. Seemed to enjoy her job. The hotel is also easy walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was great for all ages. She went out of her way to make things better even though she was unable to get the room we were expecting. Great service. Called the front desk for a wine opener & the front desk clerk called his wife to buy a wine opener for me. Felt like 4-star hotel service to know that the hotel wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible with 3 kids after driving 8 hours.

Felt exceptional, no reason to complain.

Its favourable, central location was a plus.

Parking was an issue but not bad.

The rooms were impeccably clean. The view of downtown Madras was good. The staff was accommodating. The room had a couch and a nice table.

At check out, I had a 1 day credit, they goofed up. No big deal though, it has been taken care of, just waiting for the credit back to my card...

This place provides modern, recently renovated rooms with updated bathrooms and comfortable amenities.

Had a very pleasant stay during the holidays. The pool area was clean. The location was convenient, just a short walk to good eateries. About a mile from the fairgrounds and restaurants in midtown Madras. Close to the town's walking trails.
